CURRIED LENTIL SOUP
GLUTEN-FREE and VEGAN
Mild curried packed with a punch of flavour. This aromatic soup combines coconut mild and spices that is hearty and satisfying. Pour contents of jar into a pot. Add 4 cups of water and 1 can of coconut milk. Boil for 30 minutes.
Ingredients: red lentils, green lentils, curry powder, onion, garlic, chili flakes, salt.
